Return and Refund Policy
1. Orders can be cancelled and refunded before shipping.
2. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 35 days from the delivery date.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the item has been used, washed, stained or damaged, the return or exchange will be refused.
4. The following Products are not returned or exchanged, especially for reasons of hygiene or health protection: nightwear, swimwear.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Return Address
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at service@modebuy.com. The return address will be emailed to you. Items should be returned to this address.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It must contact us within 3 days of delivery if you need to exchange. Exchange accepted for 35 days from the delivery date.
Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping responsible for customer in case of customer remorse. For example, the customer bought the wrong product, it does not fit or they no longer want the item. Unless there was an error or defective products on ModeBuy's part, such as incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
